🔄 Returns & Exchanges

• Returns are accepted only for defective or damaged items.
• Due to the handmade and customized nature of our jewelry, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind or personal preference.
• To request a return, please contact us at arva.vaidu2025@gmail.com or 7763029854 within 48 hours of delivery, along with an unboxing video and photos as proof.

💰 Refunds

• Once your return is approved, we will issue a full refund (excluding shipping charges) to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
• In case of prepaid orders, refunds may take additional time depending on your bank or payment provider.

📦 Non-Returnable Items

• Custom-made, personalized, or sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
• Earrings are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.

🛠️ Repairs / Replacement

• If you receive a damaged product, we can also offer free repair or replacement (subject to availability).
