  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, festivals, or unforeseen events.
  • The risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer once the order is handed over to the courier.

4. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns are accepted only for damaged or defective items reported within 48 hours of delivery (with proof).
  • Earrings and customized jewelry are non-returnable for hygiene and personalization reasons.
